This policy explains what data Ramsay Chat collects and how it's used. Account details (name, email, company name) and chat messages you send or receive are stored so the service can function — nothing is sold to third parties.

Passwords are hashed before storage and are never stored in plain text. Visitor session data (such as IP address and browser information) collected through the chat widget is used only to help support agents assist visitors more effectively.
